Closed Loop

SkuLift’s product metaphor: measure, understand, recommend, gate, execute, re-measure, remember — continuously.

What is the closed loop?

The closed loop is SkuLift’s product metaphor: a continuous cycle that runs measure, understand, recommend, gate, execute, re-measure and remember. Seven verbs anchor it, so AI visibility work compounds instead of running as one-off tasks.

The closed loop is the spine of the platform: every other concept — SOV, insights, recommendations, lifts, the human gate, memory — is a station on it.

Seven verbs anchor the loop. Measure tracks Share of Voice across engines; understand turns measurement into insights; recommend proposes concrete actions; gate requires owner approval; execute ships a lift; re-measure checks the impact after a horizon; and remember consolidates what worked into memory the next cycle can use.

Closing the loop is what separates measurement from improvement. An open process measures and stops; the closed loop feeds re-measurement and memory back into the next round of planning, so each cycle is better targeted than the last. AI visibility becomes a compounding programme, not a series of disconnected campaigns.

The loop is operated, not autonomous: the human gate sits in the middle, ensuring no external change is published without explicit approval. Lifts are its unit of action and Studios its unit of data.
